40. (Repealed).

40. The Bureau may suspend membership in the Order of a person who is not a Canadian citizen if such person does not apply for Canadian citizenship as soon as he may do so under the Citizenship Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter C-29). Such suspension may last as long as such person has not acquired Canadian citizenship.
